Deep cups, in one draw
Most cup formers stop well short of tall drink cups. The ZB80-50 forms cups up to 210 mm tall. The forming area is 800 x 500 mm. More area means more cavities. More cavities mean more cups per cycle.
Thick sheet, without slowing down
Heating sets the cycle time. The ZB80-50 uses a long oven with 8 heating stages. Each stage is controlled on its own. Sheet is heated through the core, not just at the surface. The machine accepts 0.2 mm to 3.0 mm material in PET, PP, PS, PVC and PLA. That is what makes it a plastic thermoforming machine for mixed production, not a single-SKU line.
Built to hold its accuracy
The platens run on Ø120 mm guide posts. Larger posts mean less deflection under forming pressure. Cup walls stay straight. Rim quality stays consistent. The frame holds its tolerance over years of running.
18 cycles per minute
Robot-arm take-out and stacking is part of the line. The arm lifts finished cups from the mold and stacks them in line, so the press never waits on manual collection. Output reaches up to 18 cycles per minute — on real production.
